Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event tickets & bookings

  • If the event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser or iVUniverse, you receive a 100% refund to your original payment method, automatically.
  • If you cancel your ticket:
    • More than 48 hours before the event starts — 100% refund.
    • Between 2 and 48 hours before — 50% refund.
    • Less than 2 hours before, after it has started, or a no-show — no refund.
  • Free events: cancelling simply releases your spot — nothing to refund.

How your refund is paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method (card) by default — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You may instead choose to take your refund as instant iVCash credit with a +5% bonus (spendable on tickets, bookings, and The Hub). The choice is yours at the time of cancellation.

Memberships

Membership fees (Exclusive, Premium, Platinum) are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing — manage your plan in your billing portal. Cancelling a monthly plan ends renewals; you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.

Disputes & goodwill

If something went wrong, write to connect@ivuniverse.com. We review every request fairly. Any discretionary or goodwill refund is issued by our team to your original payment method and recorded for audit. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
