Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use IV Universe. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ivuniverse.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, use automated tools to create accounts, or impersonate other users or public figures.

You retain ownership of content you post on IV Universe. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Is sexually explicit or involves minors in any inappropriate way
• Promotes illegal activity
• Is spam, misinformation, or deliberately misleading

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

IV Universe offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@ivuniverse.com.

The IV Universe name, logo, design, and platform code are the intellectual property of infinite VARIABLE Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary assets without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we determine is harmful to the platform or its community. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

IV Universe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of IV Universe after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
